Small-group excursions usually run on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with departure times confirmed by route. Meeting points are arranged at a public location in or near Don Benito.
A booking request, route suitability review, weather and access check, and meeting plan confirmation all happen before payment is completed.
For full-day excursions, a deposit of 30 percent is required after the quote is confirmed. The remaining balance is arranged according to the booking terms.
